Product Support Intern

About the role#

Everon is seeking a Product Support Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in security and investigations technology. You will work on-site in Irving, Texas, with a flexible schedule ranging from 16 to 32 hours per week.

What you'll do#

• Test security solutions, including cameras, network video recorders, and intrusion systems.
• Document detailed observations, test results, and any identified anomalies.
• Assist with network design and infrastructure projects for security solutions.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of organization with attention to detail.
• A positive, professional attitude with effective social and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• A driven, fast-learning mindset.
