Marketing & Business Operations Intern

About the role#

Everon is seeking a Marketing & Business Operations Intern to support our marketing strategy and operations. This internship provides hands-on experience working directly with marketing leaders to assist our sales and service teams. This is a paid, part-time position requiring up to 20 hours per week for a 120-day term starting in August 2026.

What you'll do#

• Create purchase orders and manage expense reports for the marketing team.
• Manage and improve internal online stores for print, uniforms, and company swag.
• Coordinate the distribution of branch mailings, including marketing materials and gifts.
• Research, source, and manage promotional items for tradeshows and company events.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Marketing or Business Administration.
• Previous business experience, such as a prior internship.
• Proficiency in Excel beyond basic skills.
• Strong creative, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
• An entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a drive to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, product managers, and sales teams.

Location & details#

• This is a hybrid role based in Addison, Illinois. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person office days and events required.
