Event Management Intern

About the role#

The Event Management Intern will support the management of event services and facility operations at the Rebich Investments Amphitheater. This summer program offers exposure to the various responsibilities required to prepare for and execute both ticketed and non-ticketed events.

What you'll do#

• Assist with functions ranging from general office duties to event production, sales, hospitality, security, and operations.
• Provide onsite event support to the manager on duty.
• Attend client meetings and final walkthroughs to gain an understanding of safety protocols and event details.
• Work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a two- or four-year college, pursuing a degree in sports or event management, business administration, marketing, or communications.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• A flexible schedule with the availability to work long hours and holidays.

• Location: Erie, Pennsylvania.
• Term: Summer 2026 (May 2026 – August 2026).
• Modality: On-site, full-time.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
