About the role#
Join the Networks Domain Services Sales Support team at Ericsson. You will work as a business development consultant, helping translate customer needs into services opportunities and commercial proposals. This internship provides experience in requirements analysis, delivery scoping, pricing support, and proposal development. You will collaborate across sales, services delivery, and solution architecture teams.
What you'll do#
- Support RFx responses, tenders, presentations, and customer workshops.
- Review customer requirements to identify suitable services and delivery approaches.
- Scope cognitive network services and deployment offerings by defining deliverables, timelines, and risks.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to improve the feasibility of proposed work.
- Perform commercial analysis by reviewing cost inputs and comparing pricing scenarios.
- Develop statements of work, service descriptions, and business cases.
- Research industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer priorities.
- Create customer-facing materials like scope summaries, diagrams, and tables.
- Document decisions and action items while working with finance, legal, and sales stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, engineering, computer science, telecommunications, economics, finance, operations, or project management.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Interest in telecommunications, digital transformation, and business development.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical and commercial information to diverse audiences.
- Capability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Professional curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
