About the role#
Endries International is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Intern to gain practical experience in procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations. This role involves working alongside professionals on projects related to sourcing, inventory planning, cost analysis, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update supplier information, product data, catalogs, and cost lists within company systems.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
- Support cost tracking activities, including supplier cost changes and business impact documentation.
- Analyze pricing data to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with duty, tariff, and import documentation and reporting.
- Support logistics data collection and reporting initiatives.
- Assist with domestic sourcing and procurement projects.
- Participate in quoting automation implementation by validating data, testing processes, and documenting workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other project materials.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain organization.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
