About the role#
Enable Injections, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Intern to support our team in Cincinnati. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position. You will work on a rolling basis to support various HR functions and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Help with recruitment and interview processes, including scheduling and filing paperwork.
- Coordinate new employee paperwork and orientation sessions.
- Respond to general employee questions and requests.
- Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and HRIS tasks.
- Assist with general office administrative duties.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- You work well in a team and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues.
- Ability to follow defined procedures and adapt to change with guidance.
- Ability to stay focused on tasks and interpret basic data.
- You must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to constantly operate office equipment like computers, printers, and telephones.
- You can move about the office to access files and machinery.
- Ability to operate lab instrumentation and equipment.
- You must be able to lift and move 50 lbs.
