About the role#
We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Intern to join our team in Boston. This role provides hands-on experience with the operational side of a healthcare start-up. You will work closely with our Operations and Logistics teams to support daily activities related to clinical studies and device management.
What you'll do#
- Ensure we have adequate inventory and allocate devices for upcoming studies.
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with our vendors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for all products, materials, and supplies.
- Assemble, inspect, and package devices as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program in the Boston area, preferably in operations, international business, trade, commerce, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in our office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to suggest improvements.
- A desire to learn about the various aspects of a start-up environment.
