About the role#
ELO CPAs & Advisors offers a year-round internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in public accounting. Interns gain exposure to Audit, Tax, and Client Accounting Services while working alongside experienced professionals. This role focuses on building a strong technical foundation and understanding professional standards in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured experience across Audit, Tax, and Client Accounting Services practice areas.
- Assist team members with client engagements, projects, and service-related activities.
- Demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks and communicate proactively regarding progress.
- Collaborate with team members across various departments, service lines, and office locations.
- Build an understanding of professional standards, client expectations, and public accounting best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
