About the role#
NC Stop Human Trafficking is hiring an administrative assistant to help with daily office operations. This is a Federal Work Study position based off-campus in Greenville. You will support the team by managing routine tasks and logistics.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily office operations, including email and contact lists.
- Handle correspondence and event registrations.
- Coordinate travel plans.
- Assist with paperwork for the bookkeeper.
- Maintain records for speaking engagements and events.
- Manage inventory, including ordering products and creating price tags or signs.
- Post updates to social media.
What you'll need#
- A minimum GPA of 2.0.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to organize your work and manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Google Business tools, including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Current Federal Work Study eligibility and an award from the ECU Financial Aid Office.

- This position is located off-campus in Greenville, North Carolina.
- The role is on-site.
- Pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour.
