The Department of Internal Medicine is hiring a student for administrative support. This position assists with both administrative and clinical operations within the department.
What you'll do#
- Answer the phone for the Executive Assistant to the Chairman.
- Help the EPA coordinator with filing and paperwork.
- Support department health screenings led by Dr. Paul Shackelford.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current ECU student in good standing.
- You must qualify and receive a Federal Work Study Award.
- A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required.
- You should have excellent customer service skills and pay close attention to detail.
- A willingness to work with various groups of people is essential.

- This role is located on-campus in Greenville, North Carolina.
- The position is available for the Fall 2026 term.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
