About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship focused on learning the three core phases of our local operations: recruiting, account management, and field support. You will gain exposure to the business side of talent solutions by interacting with our employees, candidates, contractors, and clients. Successful completion of this program may lead to a full-time offer in our Sales Development Representative program.
What you'll do#
- Post open positions through our candidate tracking system to grow our talent pool.
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for the interview process.
- Coordinate interview schedules for our recruiters.
- Join recruiters for contractor lunches.
- Participate in lead generation and shadow cold-calling sessions.
- Support account managers during client visits, cold calls, and the client acquisition process.
- Shadow field support teams during background checks, drug screenings, and unemployment claims processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program pursuing a BA or BS degree.
- Preference for students transitioning between their junior and senior years.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- A preference for candidates with a sales degree, minor, or certificate.

- This internship is located in Montreal, Quebec.
- It is a full-time, on-site role.
- The program is scheduled for Fall 2025.
