About the role#
The Continuous Improvement Intern supports our Operational Excellence team. You will help develop and deploy systems, tools, and standards that enable improvement across our manufacturing network. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Spring 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Create visual management tools, training materials, and resources to track performance.
- Support Lean Daily Management and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Analyze data from implementations to find new improvement opportunities.
- Assist with documentation, standardization, and sharing best practices.
- Join project reviews and problem-solving activities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine interest in Lean methodologies and operational excellence.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote within the United States.
- Term: January through April 2027.
- Compensation: $22 - $30 per hour.
