About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent recruitment, public relations strategy, and campaign coordination within the influencer marketing industry. You will work closely with the team to support talent scouting and brand collaborations, contributing to projects that impact the careers of influencers and athletes.
What you'll do#
- Act as a bridge between key stakeholders including talent agents, brands, and Dulcedo talents.
- Assist in identifying and researching emerging influencer talent to add to the roster.
- Support outbound PR pitching efforts by drafting outreach emails and templates.
- Conduct outreach to potential talents and engage with them on social media platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date records of partnership tracking and performance insights.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, Media Studies, or Human Resources.
- Recent graduates or young professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A keen interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Location & details#
- Location: Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Summer 2026 (16-week duration).
- Work Modality: Hybrid with flexible scheduling.
- Commitment: Full-time (30-40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, with a $500 stipend provided upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
