About the role#
This stipend program supports registered nurses currently attending or planning to attend an accredited school of nurse anesthesia. The program provides a $45,000 lump sum payment during your schooling in exchange for a 36-month employment commitment following your graduation. Upon transitioning into a CRNA role at Duke, you will be eligible for a $60,000 commitment bonus paid in installments over three years.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned duties related to patient care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN licensure.
- Enrollment in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- At least 2 years of critical care experience.
