About the role#
This program provides registered nurses the opportunity to attend an accredited school of nurse anesthesia. Participants receive a $45,000 lump sum stipend while in school in exchange for a 36-month employment commitment upon graduation. Upon transitioning to a CRNA position, participants are eligible for a $60,000 commitment bonus, a $15,000 annual stipend, and a $2,500 annual CME allowance. A relocation budget of $8,000 is available for those moving 50 miles or more to work at the facility.

- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN licensure.
- Current enrollment in a Master's degree program at a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- At least 2 years of critical care experience.
