About the role#
The Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist (SRNA) Stipend Program provides registered nurses the opportunity to attend or continue their education at an accredited school of nurse anesthesia. This program includes a $45,000 lump sum stipend payment in exchange for a 36-month commitment upon graduation. Following graduation and conversion to a CRNA position, participants are eligible for a $60,000 commitment bonus, an annual $15,000 stipend, a $2,500 annual CME allowance, and a potential $8,000 relocation budget for those moving 50 miles or more.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned duties and responsibilities related to patient care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN licensure.
- Current enrollment in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- At least 2 years of critical care experience.
