As a Portfolio Services Administrator, you will join a team of approximately 3 colleagues to support the Office Administration department. During this 4-month summer term, you will gain exposure to vendor finance operations while ensuring adherence to credit authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies. You will learn to manage documentation with a focus on meeting customer turnaround expectations.
What you'll do#
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic documentation, including relabeling files and organizing folders for virtual storage.
- Perform daily mail processing, such as sorting and distributing incoming mail, scanning returned mail, and logging couriers, registered mail, and incoming cheques.
- Assist with mail and letter campaigns, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Execute data entry and updates for contracts and customer records with high accuracy.
- Support system transformation and testing activities, including user testing, validation, and providing feedback during system upgrades.
- Participate in departmental and cross-functional initiatives to support process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Must be currently enrolled in a recognized undergraduate program, specifically in Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Solid technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Bilingualism (French) is considered an asset.

- Location: Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring attendance at the Burlington office 5 days per week.
- Term: Summer 2026 (4-month duration).
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
