The Client Services Representative Co-op position is a 4-month full-time placement for Fall 2026 (September to December). Reporting to the Manager of Client Services and Team Leads, this role focuses on supporting active, non-delinquent contracts by managing inquiries from customers, vendors, brokers, and agents. You will participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Handle inbound requests via email and Salesforce from internal and external stakeholders.
- Review contracts and investigate issues to determine the necessary scope of action.
- Prepare and process required paperwork to resolve or correct customer issues.
- Manage an individual daily caseload, including following up on open cases and meeting service level agreements.
- Participate in team initiatives and ongoing operational projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Communications.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices and a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed in a goal-oriented environment.
- Comfort working in a virtual team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: Hybrid (expectation to be in-office approximately 2-3 days per week).
- Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour.
