About the role#
This is a nine-week summer internship program for undergraduate and Master's students. You will join the Global Client Group Operations team in Austin to support sales enablement and asset reporting initiatives. The role focuses on the data and tools that help the firm maintain a clear view of global client relationships. You will work on-site and participate in projects involving internal data systems, client assets, and our global CRM.
What you'll do#
- Collect and analyze data to support sales goals and campaigns.
- Communicate product activities during team meetings and small forums.
- Maintain and improve process maps and documentation for sales data governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve data automation and work with colleagues to build solutions.
- Develop a working knowledge of the firm's investment philosophy and process.
- Assist with business intelligence capabilities for various sales channels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or Master's degree program with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Strong Excel skills and general computer proficiency.
- Ability to gather requirements and work effectively when faced with ambiguity.
- Coursework in finance, accounting, computer science, or information systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
