DGA Group Internship Program - Summer 2026

About the role#

As an intern at DGA Group, you will support a team of global experts helping clients navigate complex policy, reputational, and financial challenges. You will gain hands-on experience by conducting research, drafting communications, and supporting daily operations. Throughout the program, you will receive guidance from experienced consultants and develop skills in teamwork, communication, and analysis. Opportunities are available across various practice areas, including Government Relations, Business Development, Corporate Sustainability, and specialized sectors like Technology Policy and Health & Life Sciences.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis and contribute to projects addressing mission-critical client issues.
• Develop materials such as client memos, talking points, background materials, press releases, strategy documents, presentations, and reports.
• Support new business efforts through research and report writing.
• Provide ad-hoc support on project tasks and day-to-day business operations, including meeting coordination and event preparation.
• Utilize analytical and monitoring tools to conduct research.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate-level program. Undergraduate applicants must be at least a rising junior.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Language proficiency may be required for specific roles.

• Location: Washington, District of Columbia.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June 2 to August 21).
• Modality: On-site in the Washington, DC office.
• Status: Paid internship.
• Residency: Applicants must reside in the U.S. throughout the internship semester.
