DGA Group Internship Program - Fall 2026

About the role#

As an intern at DGA Group, you will support a team of global experts helping clients navigate complex policy, reputational, and financial challenges. You will gain hands-on experience by conducting research, drafting communications, and supporting daily operations. Throughout the program, you will work within various practice areas, including Strategic Communications, Government Relations, and regional desks such as China, Europe, and Latin America. This is a paid, full-time internship program for the Fall 2026 semester.

What you'll do#

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis using analytical and monitoring tools.
• Develop client-specific content, including memos, talking points, background materials, press releases, strategy documents, presentations, and reports.
• Support new business efforts through research and writing.
• Provide ad-hoc support on projects and daily business operations, such as preparing for events and coordinating meetings.
• Contribute to projects addressing mission-critical client issues.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate-level program. Undergraduate applicants must be at least a rising junior.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Language proficiency may be required for some roles, such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Preferred majors include Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, and Public Health.

• Residency: Applicants must reside in the United States throughout the internship semester.
