About the role#
This internship is part of the Dell Technologies Services team. You will work on projects related to portfolio management, service delivery, supply chain, and marketing. We are looking for students who take accountability and adapt to business needs.
What you'll do#
- Define and drive process improvements.
- Manage complex projects within defined constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Develop recommendations based on analysis to improve business performance and support corporate goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project work streams, including milestone tracking and risk management.
- Conduct periodic reviews to track progress and hold post-project reviews with Services Executives.
- Analyze research, including market trends, sales modeling, financial data, and competitor analysis.
- Use project management tools, systems, and applications.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a BS or BA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Sciences, Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be enrolled in school following the completion of the internship.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfort working with global teams across multiple regions.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
- Locations: Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
- The pay range for this role is $18.90 to $21.70 per hour, depending on location.
- This role does not offer sponsorship.
