About the role#
This co-op position reports to the Product Owner for Commercial Insurance. You will support the delivery of business and technology roadmaps to help reach operational goals. The role involves working across teams including Commercial Insurance, technology groups, and external vendors to turn business objectives into actionable tasks.
What you'll do#
- Document business requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, risks, and dependencies.
- Work with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog items based on business vision.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and conduct post-deployment production verification.
- Coordinate communication between technical and business team members.
- Identify and escalate project risks or issues.
- Create project documentation and training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and support business roll-out activities.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to take initiative.
- Comfort with Agile development and product management practices is preferred.

- Duration: 8 or 12+ months.

- Compensation: Starts at $22.50 per hour, subject to adjustment based on skills, education, and experience.
- Eligibility: Open to students in Business Administration or Computer Science programs.
