The Boston Youth Programming Intern will support the Adamah Boston Hub for the Fall 2026 term. This part-time, paid internship requires 8-10 hours of work per week and involves coordinating teen-focused initiatives and regional board activities. The role reports to the Hub Director and involves collaboration with the Jewish Youth Climate Movement management team.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of the Adamah Boston Teen Regional Board.
- Liaise with partners to assist in program planning and development.
- Organize and procure necessary food, materials, and supplies for events.
- Recruit teens for programs by working with local organizations and community partners.
- Hold regional board leaders accountable for their commitments.
- Attend biweekly check-in meetings with the Hub Director.
- Support and attend specific Hub events, including Tikkun HaYam, Sukkot, GOTV canvassing, Eco-Shabbat, and Chanukah programs.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with program planning.
- A passion for youth engagement.
- An understanding of environmental issues.
- Availability to support programming on specific event dates throughout the fall.

- Compensation: $2500 semesterly stipend.
