About the role#
This paid internship is a 9-week program in New York City for the Summer 2027 term. You will work with the Retail Operations team to support projects that impact retail performance, store operations, and client engagement. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with leadership across various retail departments.
- Assist with the launch of a new point of sale system and scheduling tools.
- Help plan a learning and reward trip for the top sales team.
- Support client loyalty programs and clienteling initiatives.
- Visit local stores 1-2 days per week to work with store teams and clients, with the remainder of your time at the New York office.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to your work.
