About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Data Science by working directly with the technology team on real-world projects. You will contribute to prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demonstrations that showcase the impact of Data Science across industries such as Finance, Healthcare, and Technology. This role involves close collaboration with technical leadership and support for Developer Relations and community initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Support the creation of demonstrations and exploratory analyses using SQL and data analysis tools.
• Assist in developing queries, reports, and visualizations to support projects.
• Perform technical tasks including environment setup, task automation, and cloud infrastructure support.
• Collaborate on building prototypes and proof-of-concepts using real-world and public datasets.
• Support technical community initiatives, events, training sessions, and content creation.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
• Basic knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Python, and SQL.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn mindset.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Linux, Cloud Computing, Agile methodologies, Git, and Data Lake or Data Warehouse concepts.
