About the role#
Cultura Technologies is looking for college juniors and seniors to join our team as project-based interns. This role offers hands-on experience through assignments tailored to your skills and interests. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain industry insights while balancing your academic schedule. This is a paid, part-time position that will not exceed 20 hours per week for a duration of one year or as mutually agreed.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects in areas such as software development, data analysis, marketing campaigns, and product research.
- Build and test AI agents and automated workflows.
- Work with team members and mentors to achieve project goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities.
- Receive regular feedback from supervisors to support your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in a college or university program.
- Relevant studies in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Agriculture.
- Experience with AI and proficiency in relevant software or business analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- A customer-focused mindset and an enthusiasm for learning.
