About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, on-site in Peoria, Illinois. The program starts on May 25, 2027, and lasts for at least ten weeks.
What you'll do#
- Work with system design and technical integration professionals.
- Complete an AV integration boot-camp and introductory training.
- Gain real-world experience by working on projects.
- Solve technical problems through hands-on tasks.
- Study for the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist exam.
What you'll need#
- You are expected to graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028.
- You must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- You must be able to pass a background check.
- You are familiar with using hand and power tools.
- You are physically able to walk, crouch, squat, reach, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or at high elevations.
- You can lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repetitively for extended periods.
