About the role#
As an Operations Support Intern, you will join our Digital Brands Services unit. This role provides an opportunity to build your communication and business skills within a global team. You will participate in our Rising Talent program, which includes training and mentorship. This is a paid, full-time position with the potential for transition into full-time employment.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service to internal teams.
- Manage shared team assignments and take ownership of individual tasks.
- Support multiple teams within the domains business.
- Use critical thinking to research options and find solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis related to the domain name industry.
- Partner with internal teams to execute strategic domain projects.
- Collaborate on process improvement projects to increase team efficiency.
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Participate in daily team meetings and huddles.
- Manage your daily workload to ensure the protection and security of global internet brands.
What you'll need#
- Detail-oriented approach with persistence in completing tasks.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Location: Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
