About the role#
Crumbl Cookies in Brookhaven is looking for high school students to join our team as a Crew Member and Baker. You will prepare high-quality baked goods while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What you'll do#
- Prepare food items while following strict food safety standards.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service, including customer recovery when needed.
- Lead by example to oversee store operations and provide direction during shifts.
- Assist the team with production, catering, planning, and clean-up.
- Build relationships and serve the local community.
- Maintain a growth mindset and help train other team members.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspections.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to manage your time and resources effectively.
- Pleasant interactive skills and a punctual attitude.
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the store.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Commitment to showing up for all scheduled shifts.
Location & details#
- Location: 804 Town Blvd, Suite A1035, Brookhaven, GA.
- Employment: Part-time, with a 4-hour weekly minimum.
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available Monday through Friday, including weekends and holidays.
- Compensation: $10 to $14 per hour plus tips.
