About the role#
The NAMS-2 Intern will integrate directly into an active NASA project. You will contribute to initiatives spanning air traffic management, advanced technology systems, AI, quantum computing, and software development. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in aerospace, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research and analysis on assigned projects within your technical discipline.
- Validate findings and document results with attention to detail.
- Identify emerging industry trends relevant to aerospace and aviation technology.
- Create designs and technical solutions for practical applications.
- Write and develop code for software applications in aviation and air traffic management.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a college degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Demonstrated work history showing reliability and commitment.
- Experience or coursework in aerospace, aviation, software development, or advanced technology systems.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

- Compensation: Undergraduate interns receive 730 dollars per week.
