About the role#
Crow Holdings Capital offers a summer internship for students interested in real estate investment management. You will work within the Investor Relations and Investor Coverage team. This role supports the fundraising process for new real estate private equity funds and ventures. You will gain experience in managing investor relationships and assisting with diligence efforts.
What you'll do#
- Support the fundraising process for new investment vehicles.
- Assist in completing Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests for Proposals, and ad-hoc requests for current and potential limited partners.
- Prepare fund and venture marketing pitchbooks along with Private Placement Memorandums.
- Coordinate presentations and meetings with investors.
- Track investor opportunities and outreach using Salesforce.
- Conduct research on real estate industry trends and investor markets.
- Work with Legal, Fund Management, and Compliance teams to help execute fund closings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate with a graduation date of Spring 2027.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of real estate investments and fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
