Co-Op 2026 – Software Engineering – XiO Cloud (Full Stack Web Dev)

About the role#

This Co-Op position focuses on the XiO Cloud platform, an enterprise-grade, cloud-based application used by IT and AV professionals to monitor and manage IoT edge devices. You will work within the engineering team to contribute to both backend and frontend development, gaining hands-on experience with modern web technologies and enterprise software practices. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor to support your professional development.

What you'll do#

• Contribute to well-defined projects supporting the XiO Cloud platform.
• Implement and maintain RESTful API endpoints using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Build responsive and accessible user interface components within the Angular-based single-page application.
• Support backend data services that manage device state and configuration data.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, and maintenance activities.

What you'll need#

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Coursework, project experience, or familiarity with C# and the .NET platform.
• Familiarity with a modern SPA framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
