About the role#
This internship offers a 10-12 week program designed to provide a foundation in the insurance industry. You will work alongside a team of adjusters in the Claims Department and receive on-the-job training and mentorship. The program aims to prepare you for potential future roles with the company.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with Claims Department leadership on special projects related to claims activities.
- Gain exposure to Physical Damages, Bodily Injury, and Property claims.
- Provide insights and feedback to help improve the internship experience.
- Present your work, skills, and achievements to the senior leadership team at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- A strong desire to learn.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to report analytical findings and present information.
- Experience with Excel.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Current study focus in Business Administration, Business Management, or Justice Studies.
