    About the role#

    The Columbus Regional Airport Authority is hiring a Legal Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position based on-site in Columbus, Ohio. You will work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during flexible day shift hours between January 2027 and May 2027.

    What you'll do#

    Working under the direction of licensed attorneys and paralegals, you will support various legal functions across the organization. Your tasks include:

    • Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, policies, and memorandums.
    • Assisting attorneys with matters related to real estate, construction, financing, human resources, insurance, and risk management.
    • Conducting legal research and preparing memorandums.
    • Helping with special projects for authority departments and business partners.
    • Assisting in the response to public record requests.
    • Using Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
    • Maintaining logs and records management.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a 2L or 3L law student at an ABA accredited law school.
    • A strong academic record with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
    • The ability to multi-task in an active environment.
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana.

    • Compensation: $20.00 per hour
