About the role#
Colossal Biosciences is building new technologies for genomics, extinct species restoration, and endangered species protection. This summer internship program serves as a talent community for students interested in contributing to our research and corporate operations. We host a small number of interns each year and will reach out if an appropriate opportunity matches your background.
What you'll do#
Interns contribute to projects across our laboratories and corporate offices. Depending on the specific opening, your work may include:
- Research and development in areas like cell engineering and computational biology.
- Supporting our animal operations.
- Assisting corporate functions including IT, HR, Finance, Legal, or Marketing.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current university student in the United States.
- You must have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies.
- US work authorization is required without the need for company assistance.
- Please note that students who have already graduated or will graduate in 2027 are not eligible for these internship positions.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Dallas, Texas. We do not offer remote work options.
- The term runs from early June through August 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
- Applications for the summer 2027 program close on Friday, February 26th.
