About the role#
Collins Engineers, Inc. is hiring an IT Intern to join our team in Chicago. This role provides technical support across all company offices. You will work on hardware and software projects while gaining experience in daily IT operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide help desk support and assist staff with hardware and software issues.
- Install office software, manage system upgrades, and troubleshoot technical problems for users.
- Set up new computer configurations and workstations.
- Monitor management tools to oversee technical troubleshooting.
- Handle interactions with vendors and employees.
- Perform system maintenance and updates.
- Conduct inventory of all technological equipment.
- Support ongoing IT projects.
