About the role#
This Work Study position supports the daily operations of the library at Collin College. You will assist staff and visitors to ensure the department runs smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Answer phones and transfer callers to the correct person.
- Greet students, faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry and word processing tasks.
- File, copy, and fax documents.
- Run errands across the campus.
- Maintain student privacy and follow department confidentiality policies.
What you'll need#
- Ability to handle telephone inquiries.
- A professional demeanor when interacting with campus visitors.
- Proficiency with data entry and word processing software.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and student privacy.
Location & details#
- Location: Frisco, Texas.
- This is an on-site, paid position.
- The role is full-time with rolling availability.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, and English.
