About the role#
CNO Financial Group is hiring a Worksite Intern to join our B2B2C Sales Enablement team. You will analyze, experiment, and propose enhancements to how our agents engage with employers and employees. This role focuses on the intersection of demand, sales, marketing, content, and systems. You will explore how to use these systems to tell tailored stories at scale.
What you'll do#
- Create group-specific campaign briefs to improve scheduling rates, including building segments, performing content audits, and designing workflows.
- Develop industry-specific campaign briefs to target emerging markets and recommend new sequences.
- Review member-level campaigns to identify areas for improvement in reaching specific employee groups.
- Analyze BNA delivery and provide A/B recommendations to improve conversion metrics.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Status as a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- Comfort with marketing data, marketing systems, or a B2B sales and enablement environment.
- Prior internship experience and familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship running from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
- The role is remote, though candidates must be located in or willing to work during Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
- All work must be performed within the United States. Occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.
