About the role#
This is a full-time, paid seasonal contract position based in Vancouver for the Fall 2026 term. You will work directly with a team of commercial mortgage professionals, gaining exposure to asset management technology and financial valuation processes.
What you'll do#
- Conduct risk analysis of fixed income products secured by commercial real estate debt.
- Assist with the workflow of collecting and filing financial information for annual client reviews.
- Maintain industry research and sector databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide research and formatting support for industry-specific reports and team presentations.
- Support the team with special projects and various department initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary program in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to organize complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build organized spreadsheets and communicate results clearly.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and double-checking work.

- Compensation: 3,250.00 CAD per month.
