About the role#
The Admission/Museum Store Intern works with the Museum and Admissions team at the Clinton Presidential Center. You will act as a primary point of contact for guests, helping them navigate the store and learn about the center. This position is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from February 1, 2027, to April 9, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide courteous service to visitors and help them locate products.
- Manage register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Pack purchases and ensure a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain the store environment by stocking inventory and performing light cleaning.
- Research potential new inventory and products for upcoming exhibits.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to photograph merchandise for advertising or website use.
- Develop a strong knowledge of store products and the history of the Clinton Presidential Center.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or background in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- An outgoing personality and a professional demeanor.
- You must possess a valid REAL ID or Passport.
