About the role#
The Home Building Group Internship Program offers students exposure to business operations and project management. You will work on strategic initiatives that support our growth and operational efficiency. This program includes mentorship, networking events, and leadership panels to help you build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to strategic projects that influence company growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach objectives.
- Execute business initiatives while receiving mentorship.
- Participate in company events, including lunch and learns and networking sessions.
- Deliver an end-of-summer presentation to executives about your contributions.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at an accredited university.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Interest in Accounting, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet commitments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
