About the role#
This paid, full-time internship program offers students hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry. Over 10 to 12 weeks, you will work with our teams in project management, field operations, preconstruction, and safety. You will gain a practical understanding of how projects are planned, built, and delivered while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Participate in jobsite safety initiatives.
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
- Support project managers, superintendents, and field teams with daily operations.
- Observe subcontractor coordination and quality control processes.
- Gain exposure to preconstruction planning, estimating, and budgeting.
- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Building Construction, General Engineering, or related technical programs.
- Interest in field operations, project management, preconstruction, or safety.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
