About the role#
This part-time internship is located in the Administration Division of the Airports Department. It serves as a training opportunity to gain experience in public administration and municipal operations. The role involves supporting various financial and administrative tasks to assist the department.
What you'll do#
- Perform account reconciliations, including payroll.
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Provide research and administrative support to the department.
- Complete project-related and financial assignments.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of at least one year of college-level coursework in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic spreadsheet creation and data entry.
- Familiarity with fundamental account reconciliation practices.
Location & details#
- Location: Oklahoma City, OK.
- Schedule: Part-time, up to 29 hours per week.
- Pay: $17.50 to $22.50 per hour.
- Note: Employees in the Airports Department must successfully pass a TSA background check including fingerprinting.
