About the role#
Cintas offers an internship program that provides a broad look at our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations. This role combines hands-on training with cross-departmental interaction to help you grow your leadership, organization, communication, and time management skills.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program that covers all areas of our business.
- Gain exposure to different departments through hands-on training.
- Develop your professional skills in leadership, organization, and communication.
- Interact with teams across the organization to understand how we serve our customers.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Experience in a previous co-op or internship role in customer service, sales, production, or administration is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities is preferred.
