What you'll do#
- Rotate through different departments to learn how the business functions.
- Work on tasks that build your leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Manage your time effectively while engaging in daily training activities.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role is a plus.
- Leadership experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
