About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our team in Normal, Illinois. This program provides broad knowledge of our business operations and the professional services industry. You will gain exposure to various departments through hands-on training and direct interaction with our teams.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering all areas of our business.
- Work across multiple departments to gain a complete view of our operations.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.

- Location: Normal, Illinois.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
- Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
