About the role#
We are hiring an Intern to join our team in Knoxville. This is a full-time, paid position that provides broad exposure to our business operations and the professional services industry. You will rotate through various departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of how we function.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program to learn about our business operations.
- Engage with multiple departments to understand their specific functions.
- Build your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
- Receive hands-on training throughout your internship.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in Sales, Customer Service, Production, or Administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
