About the role#
Cintas offers a part-time internship program designed to provide a broad understanding of our business and the professional services industry. You will gain exposure to various departments through hands-on training. This role focuses on building your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering all areas of business and professional services.
- Interact with multiple departments to learn how different teams function.
- Engage in hands-on training to develop professional skills.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities is preferred.

- Location: Ontario, California.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 1st shift.
- Compensation: $17.25 to $23.29 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
