About the role#
Cintas is looking for an intern to join our program in Kingsport. You will gain knowledge across all areas of our business and the professional services industry. This role exposes you to our different departments through hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to learn how our business operates.
- Build skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
- Participate in hands-on training tasks.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Availability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
- Previous experience in a co-op or internship role within Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative work is a plus.
- Experience in a leadership or management role through campus or extracurricular activities.

- This position is based on-site in Kingsport, Tennessee.
- This is a part-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
