About the role#
Cintas offers a part-time internship program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of our business and the professional services industry. You will gain exposure to various departments through hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through multiple departments to learn how our business functions.
- Engage in hands-on training to build practical experience.
- Develop your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred experience includes previous internships or co-op roles in sales, customer service, production, or administration.
- Leadership or management experience in extracurricular activities is a plus.
