About the role#
This internship provides broad exposure to the business operations and professional services industry at Cintas. You will rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the company functions. The role focuses on building your skills in leadership, organization, communication, and time management through hands-on training.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a structured program covering multiple areas of the business.
- Engage with various departments to understand their specific roles and contributions.
- Apply hands-on training to daily tasks and projects.
- Refine your professional abilities in organization and time management.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role is preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or management role within campus or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to start the position within two weeks of receiving an offer.

- Location: Central Islip, New York.
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
- Status: Paid, temporary, on-site role.
- Pay: $18.30 to $24.71 per hour.
